How do commissions work?

You start at Bronze tier (5% commission). As the team's combined follower count grows, everyone moves up: Silver at 50K (10%), Gold at 100K (15%), Platinum at 150K+ (20%). The Creator tier (40%) is for those who pitch their own book ideas.

What content do I need to create daily?

Each day you should color at least 1 page, record a long-form video, use your AI clipping tool to create short viral clips, and post across all platforms. You also need to engage on every teammate's posts.

Do I need social media experience?

No! Our onboarding course walks you through everything step by step. The whole team supports each other, and we share tips and strategies in our group chat.

What happens if I fall behind?

Consistency is key. If you're not meeting the daily content requirements, you'll receive a warning. After 2 warnings, you may be removed from the program. Communication is important.

How do I get paid?

Earnings are tracked in your dashboard. Payments are processed manually and tracked in your earnings ledger. You can see your total earned, pending, and paid amounts at any time.

Can I use my personal social media accounts too?

Yes! We encourage it. When a teammate posts content, everyone should engage from both the True Colors team accounts AND their personal accounts to maximize engagement.
